Dan Talbert gave us the royal treatment when looking for our home. I had hundreds of questions going into this and he answered them with excitement. We could tell he cared about us and as well as real estate in general. When showing us homes, he was extremely knowledgeable on the cities we were looking at and the prices in that specific housing market. If we were interested in seeing a home, he was flexible with our schedule and would set up an appointment as soon as we were available. Dan saved us easily 30k before going under contract because he avoided a bidding war by using his strong negotiation skills and was very persistent with the seller’s agent. (We honestly wouldn’t have got the property if it wasn’t for how hard Dan worked and I feel if we had any other realtor, we would still be looking for a home). When we got under contract, he saved us exactly 20k during the due diligence phase. (10k from the initial offer and 9.5k in fixes the seller paid for). If we are purchasing an investment property or our forever home, 1000% we will be reaching out to Dan to be our Realtor. Dan felt more like a friend than a realtor.
